Our Warranty

We want you to know the DriveTime Warranty details. We hope our customers remember the DriveTime name because of the continued service they receive after they have purchased their used vehicle from us.  We also hope they share what they know and love about DriveTime with their friends. The DriveTime Warranty includes a 36 month/ 36,000 mile warranty, oil changes and roadside assistance. The warranty covers most mechanical and electrical components including parts, climate control assembly, drive axles, engine and transmission. The warranty is valued at $2,500 dollars and can really save used car owners money on continued maintenance of their vehicle. We stand by our DriveTime Warranty and hope that our customers will continue to characterize DriveTime as the car dealership who cares about their needs even after they have purchased a vehicle from us.

Our Commitment

We want our customers to get the most our of their DriveTime Warranty. Characteristics of the warranty include great services for continued vehicle maintenance for up to 36 months or 36,000 miles. Our customers are reminded by our commitment to them when we hand them the recommended maintenance schedule for their used vehicle. Our DriveTime Warranty recommended maintenance schedule includes oil, oil filter and belt/hose replacements every 3,000 miles. Every 6,000 miles used car owners should bring their vehicle in for tire balance and rotating and break checks. Finally, we hope to see our customers back every 12 months to have their radiator and air conditioning system professionally serviced.
